Strain virus baru Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV2) atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) ditetapkan sebagai pandemi oleh World Health Organization (WHO) sehingga diterapkan berbagai kebijakan untuk menekan laju pertumbuhan pasien COVID-19 seperti Pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB), Pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ), dan work from home (WFH). Berbagai kebijakan tersebut dapat membawa dampak buruk bagi kesehatan psikis masyarakat yang terkena dampak pandemi yaitu depresi / New strain of virus called Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV2) or better known as Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been declared as a pandemic by World health organization (WHO) that policies such as large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), distance education (PJJ), and work from home (WFH) to suppress infection rate of COVID-19 are implemented. Those policies could have a negative effect to mental health such as depression to the population affected by this pandemic.
