Di era globalisasi saat ini dunia usaha semakin berkembang pesat. Semakin pesat dan ketatnya persaingan menyebabkan perusahaan harus lebih efektif dan efisien dalam melakukan kegiatan operasi agar dapat menjamin kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Mengembangkan skala usaha perusahaan dibutuhkan peran investor, dimana investor disini memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan secara keseluruhan, serta terhadap biaya modal perusahaan secara keseluruhan pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukkan dan pengetahuan bagi calon investor, manajemen perusahaan, dan akademisi untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage dan kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai Perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia di tahun 2013-2017. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan Eviews versi 22 dalam model dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity dan Dividend Per Share secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dividend Per Share memiliki pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara Debt to Equity memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan / In globalization era at present, the business world is growing rapidly. The faster and tighter competition causes companies to be more effective and efficient in conducting operations in order to guarantee the survival of the company. Developing the scale of a company's business requires investors’ roles, where investors in this case give positive values to the company as a whole, as well as to the company's overall capital costs. This research aims to provide ideas and knowledge for prospective investors, company management, and academics to determine the effect of leverage and dividend policy on the LQ45 Company value listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The population in this research is the LQ45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. To analyze data, the researcher employed Eviews version 22 in the model and testing hypotheses. The test results show that Debt to Equity and Dividend Per Share affect against the company value in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Dividends Per Share has a significant negative effect on company value, while Debt to Equity has a significant positive effect on company value
