Artikel ini membahas pengaruh struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Teori agency, trade-off, pecking order, dan sinyal digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen dengan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Artikel ini menggunakan sampel 162 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dan memiliki laporan keuangan dari 2018 hingga 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Artikel ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman mengenai pentingnya memahami hubungan antara kebijakan dividen, struktur modal, dan nilai perusahaan dalam mengoptimalkan performa perusahaan dan mencapai kesuksesan di dunia bisnis yang kompetitif./This article discusses the influence of capital structure and dividend policy on firm value. The agency theory, trade-off theory, pecking order theory, and signaling theory are used to explain the relationship between capital structure and dividend policy with firm value. Previous research has shown that capital structure and dividend policy have a positive impact on firm value. This article uses a sample of 162 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and with financial reports from 2018 to 2021. The results of the study indicate that capital structure and dividend policy have a negative and significant effect on firm value. This article contributes to the understanding of the importance of comprehending the relationship between dividend policy, capital structure, and firm value in optimizing firm performance and achieving success in a competitive business world.
