Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mencari dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha, untuk menganalisis dan mencari pengaruh kreativitas terhadap minat berwirausaha, untuk menganalisis dan mencari pengaruh inovasi terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan untuk mencari dan menganalisis pengaruh modal usaha terhadap minat berwirausaha. Target populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis yang meliputi program studi manajemen serta akuntansi. Terdapat 386 sampel dalam penelitian ini dan data dikumpulkan dengan metode menggunakan kuesioner secara daring dengan menggunakan platform dari Google Form. Teknik pengumpulan sampelnya menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan metode convinient sampling. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan pengujian PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini didukung. Hipotesis motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha didukung secara positif dan signifikan, hipotesis kreativitas terhadap minat berwirausaha didukung secara positif dan signifikan, hipotesis inovasi terhadap minat berwirausaha didukung secara positif dan signifikan, dan hipotesis modal usaha terhadap minat berwirausaha didukung secara positif dan signifikan./ This study aims to find and analyze the influence of motivation on entrepreneurial intentions, analyze and look for the influence of creativity on entrepreneurial intentions, analyze and look for the influence of innovation on entrepreneurial intentions, and seek and analyze the influence of business. entrepreneurial intention.
