Abstract
Anak-anak merupakan generasi penerus bangsa yang selama masa pertumbuhannya harus dijaga dan didampingi demi menghasilkan generasi penerus yang berkualitas. Begitu juga bagi anak-anak dengan kondisi khusus misalnya ADHD, yang merupakan kondisi yang cukup umum terjadi pada anak-anak namun masih sedikit tingkat kesadaran orang tua untuk memberikan penanganan khusus bagi mereka. Dalam tulisan ini terdapat pembahasan mengenai perancangan ruang khusus anak ADHD dengan metode pendekatan psikologi, yang ditujukan bagi para orang tua yang sibuk dengan pekerjaannya dan memiliki sedikit waktu untuk mengawasi anaknya yang memiliki kondisi ADHD.
Melalui permasalahan yang ada, penulis melakukan studi literatur secara bertahap dari beberapa sumber literasi yang berupa jurnal, artikel, dan buku untuk memperoleh teori-teori yang akan digunakan sebagai tolak ukur dalam perancangan ruang khusus anak penyintas ADHD. Dari hasil studi yang dilakukan, penulis membuat konseptualisasi desain ruang berdasarkan teori pedoman yang telah dipelajari demi menciptakan ruang yang nyaman dan fungsional bagi penggunanya. Penulis memaparkan hasil implementasi teori-teori tersebut ke dalam desain ruangan terbaru JOYIN CENTRE: ADHD Daycare, mulai dari konsep citra, ergonomi, dan lain sebagainya. Keberhasilan implementasi desain ini dapat diukur melalui poin-poin perancangan yang akan dijelaskan oleh penulis melalui tulisan

Children are the future generation of the nation and during their growth period, they must be accompanied by adults in order to produce a better quality of future generations. This is also as important for children with special condition, such as ADHD, which is a common condition among children in general. Unfortunately, many parents are still not aware of this. This report discusses and shows the specialized design space for ADHD children using a psychological approach method, aimed for busy parents who have little time to supervise their children with ADHD.
Through the existing problem, the author conducted a step-by-step literature study from several literary sources such as journals, articles, and books in order to obtain theories that will be use as a benchmark in designing a special space for ADHD children. From the results of the study, the author created a conceptualization of the design space based on the guidelines, to create a comfortable and functional space for its users.
The author presents the implementation of these theories into the design of the latest JOYIN CENTRE: ADHD Daycare space, starting from the image concept, ergonomics, and so on. The success of the design implementation can be measured through the design points that will be explained by the author in this report.
