The legal analysis of the enforcement of online arisan parties under the Civil Code is based on different approaches as follows: Contract, capacity, concrete object and legal basis. Inclusion of aridan online which is a contract must also meet the legal requirements of the contract according to 1320 of the Civil Code. Particularly in the case of the online arisan that the author examined, the parties' agreement was made verbally using Facebook as a means of communication. This agreement does not involve negligence, coercion or fraud. In addition to the provisions of this Agreement, Arisan Online requires that Members and Administrators are at least 21 years of age to meet legal eligibility requirements. In addition, due to the requirements for certain items when picking up online, these items must be sent via bank transfer. The last requirement is legal reasons, from the intentions of online arisan members and administrators it is known that organizing online arisan is for the common good. The legal problem that often occurs at Arisan Online is the negligence of members or administrators. Based on the case study of Civil Decision No. 106/Pdt.G/2017/PNPLk against the defendants in Arisan Online due to negligence, the judge decided that the defendants were negligent and must pay material compensation to the plaintiff. Rp. 389,000,000.00 and jointly and severally paid court costs of Rp. 4,738,000.00.
