Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi repurchase intention dan wom intentions pada s-commerce Tiktok Shop di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 4 untuk mengukur outer model dan inner model. Pengukuran outer model dilakukan dengan parameter indicator reliability, composite reliability, construct validity, dan discriminant validity. Pengukuran inner model dilakukan dengan melihat VIF, R2, dan Q2 dan P-Value. Penelitian ini memperoleh data dari 41 pretest dan 276 data actual yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner secara online. hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa : (1) reputation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap trust dan satisfaction, (2) information quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap trust dan satisfaction, (3) transaction safety memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap trust dan satisfaction, (4) wom refferals memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap trust dan satisfaction, (5) satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap trust, (6) trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap repurhase intention dan wom intention, (7) satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap repurhase intention dan wom intention dengan keseluruhan R-Square moderate hingga substantial, dan nilai Q-Square yang tergolong large predictive relevance.
