Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan internet di Indonesia berkembang sangat pesat, diikuti oleh perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia yang mempermudah masyarakat Indonesia dalam berbelanja makanan secara online. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan terhadap kepasan konusmen pada pelanggan GrabFood di Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner elektronik yang menggunakan Google Form kepada responden. Jumlah sample yang didapatkan untuk penelitian ini adalah 157 sample. Teknik penelitian menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Untuk menganalis data menggunakan Smart PLS 4.0 dengan analisis PLS-SEM.
