Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Consumer Involvement terhadap Consumer Brand Engagement, Self Brand Connection, dan Brand Usage Intent pada The Sultan Hotel Jakarta, mengetahui pengaruh dari Consumer Involvement terhadap Cognitive Processing, Affection, dan Activation dan mengetahui pengaruh dari Cognitive Processing, Affection, dan Activationterhadap Self Brand Connection, dan Brand Usage Intent. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesioner online yang disusun menggunakan Google Form dan disebarkan secara online melalui sosial media (Instagram, WhatsApp, KasKus, Twitter, dan Facebook). Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan power analysis dengan tools Gpower dengan minimal sampel 115 dan mendapatkan jumlah 297 responden setelah hasil analisa seluruh sebaran kuesioner . Hasil pengujian hipotesis menandakan bahwa seluruh hipotesis didukung, yaitu: terdapat pengaruh positif dari Consumer Involvement terhadap Cognitive Processing, terdapat pengaruh positif dari Consumer Involvement terhadap Affection, terdapat pengaruh positif dari Consumer Involvement terhadap Activation, terdapat pengaruh positif dari Cognitive Processing terhadap Self Brand Connection, terdapat pengaruh positif dari Affection terhadap Self Brand Connection, terdapat pengaruh positif dari Activation(behavioral) terhadap Self Brand Connection, terdapat pengaruh positif dari Cognitive Processing terhadap , terdapat pengaruh positif dari Cognitive Processing terhadap Brand Usage Intent, terdapat pengaruh positif dari Affection terhadap Brand Usage Intent, terdapat pengaruh positif dari Activationterhadap Brand Usage Intent.
