Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami destination brand experience terhadap tourist satisfaction dan destination loyalty yang di mediasi oleh perceived flow. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan konteks pariwisata di Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui penggunaan kuesioner elektronik (Google form). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Indonesia dan memperoleh responden khususnya di JaBoDeTaBek. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model inner dan outer dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS 4.0. Outer model meliputi uji reliabilitas dan validitas, sedangkan uji inner model dilakukan pada uji goodness of fit (GOF), Predictive relevance, P-value, T-statistics, R-square dan common method bias. Selain itu, pemodelan persamaan struktural adalah dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan konstruk berdasarkan kerangka teori penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh destination brand experience terhadap perceived flow, pengaruh destination brand experience terhadap tourist satisfaction, pengaruh destination brand experience terhadap destination loyalty, pengaruh terhadap perceived flow terhadap tourist satisfaction, pengaruh perceived flow terhadap destination loyalty dan pengaruh tourist satisfaction terhadap destination loyalty.
