Tujuan dari penelitian ini digunakan untuk menguji peran dari masing-masing variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intention mahasiwa manajemen Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan menggunakan kepada 204 responden melalui google form. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dan diolah menggunakan teknik analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa; entrepreneurship policy berpengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurship practice dan entrepreneurial spirit. Kemudian, entrepreneurship practice dan entrepreneurial spirit berpengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Namun, entrepreneurship policy tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention/The purpose of this research is to examine the role of each variabel that can influence the entrepreneurial intention of Pelita Harapan University (UPH) management students. The data collection method was a questionnaire which was distributed to 204 respondents via the Google form. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling. The data was obtained and processed using the PLS-SEM analysis technique. The results of this research state that; Entrepreneurship policy has a positive effect on entrepreneurship practice and entrepreneurial spirit. Then, entrepreneurship practice and entrepreneurial spirit have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. However, entrepreneurship policy does not have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention.
