Jumlah wirausaha di Indonesia dinilai masih kurang jika dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan lapangan pekerjaan di Indonesia,salah satu alasan ini adalah karena masih kurangnya niat mahasiswa sebagai kalangan terdidik untuk menjadi wirausaha.Universitas sebagai salah satu Lembaga Pendidikan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan lebih banyak lulusan yang memilih menjadi wirausahawan dibandingkan sebagai pencari kerja.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha pada kalangan mahasiswa UPH.Hasil sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan 180 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa entrepreneur di UPH.Data yang diperoleh dari responden lalu dioleh menggunkan aplikasi SmartPLS untuk mengetahui uji validitas,reliabilitas,dan hasil uji hipotesis.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap minat wirausaha kemudian self-efficacy juga berpengaruh positif terhadap niat wirausaha,lalu niat wirausaha yang berorientasi pada kemandirian terbukti tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap niat wirausaha yang berorientasi pada pertumbuhan dan Indonesia face value sebagai nilai budaya terbukti tidak dapat memoderasi dukungan universitas terhadap niat wirausaha pada kalangan mahasiswa UPH/The number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is considered insufficient compared to the employment needs in the country. One of the reasons for this is the lack of intention among educated individuals, particularly university students, to become entrepreneurs. Universities, as educational institutions, are expected to produce more graduates who choose to become entrepreneurs rather than job seekers. The objective of this research is to identify the factors that can influence the entrepreneurial intentions among UPH students. The sample for this study consisted of 180 respondents who were entrepreneur students at UPH. The data obtained from the respondents were then analyzed using the SmartPLS application to assess validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that entrepreneurial support has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Additionally, self-efficacy also has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions. However, entrepreneurial intentions oriented towards independence were found to have no positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions oriented towards growth. Furthermore, Indonesia's cultural face value was proven to have no moderating effect on the relationship between university support and entrepreneurial intentions among UPH students.
