Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor – faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan orang tua penderita yang telah menjalani prosedur bedah yang dilakukan terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup penderita di Yayasan Senyum Bali dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan orang tua pasien, staf Yayasan, dan dokter bedah plastik di Yayasan Senyum Bali. Penelitian ini menunjukkan teori model mini yang meliputi appearance of the face, appearance of the lip, appearance of the nose, appearance of the teeth, speech ability, hearing ability, feeding function, masticatory function, breathing function, social function, psychosocial support, perceived quality of life, treatment factors, cost-effectiveness, adequate funding of healthcare, effective delivery of health services, good quality of physician, implementing cultural contexts of health approach, surgical outcomes, dan parents’ feedback yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pada pelayanan kesehatan terhadap penderita malformasi ini yang membutuhkan prosedur bedah rekonstruksi. / This research analyzed the factors contributing to the patient's parents' satisfaction in improving the patient's quality of life in Senyum Bali Foundation by collecting data through interviews, observation, documentation, and field notes. In collecting data, researchers conducted interviews with parents of the patients, foundation staffs, plastic surgeon at Senyum Bali Foundation. This study demonstrates the mini model theory which includes appearance of the face, appearance of the lip, appearance of the nose, appearance of the teeth, speech ability, hearing ability, feeding function, masticatory function, breathing function, social function, psychosocial support, perceived quality of life, treatment factors, cost-effectiveness, adequate funding of healthcare, effective delivery of health services, good quality of physician, implementing cultural contexts of health approach, surgical outcomes, and parents' feedback that can be used to improve quality of health services for patients with malformation who require reconstructive surgical procedures.
