Abstract
Work Family Conflict merupakan salah satu konflik yang selalu terjadi di hampir setiap organisasi, jikalau konflik ini tidak diatasi dengan segera oleh perusahaan maka dampaknya akan mengakibatkan organisasi menjadi sulit untuk berkembang. Berikut adalah beberapa dampak dari Work Family Conflict yaitu terjadinya Stres kerja, dan pada dampak dari Stres Kerja adalah karyawan berniat keluar dari organisasi ataupun berdampak pada kinerja karyawan itu sendiri dan pada kesempatan ini peneliti melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Family Conflict terhadap Stres Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Niat kelruar dari Organisasi dan Kinerja Kerja Karyawan pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Darmo di Surabaya. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 perawat yang berjenis kelamin pria dan wanita, dengan usia rata rata antara 21 tahun hingga diatas 50 tahun, dan berstatus menikah ataupun lajang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Work Family Conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stress. (2) Stress berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. (3) Stress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee performance. Pengujian analisis jalur menunjukan bahwa Work Family Conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan melalui media Stress dan analisis jalur lainnya menunjukan Work Family Conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance dengan melalui media Stress / Work Family Conflict is one of the most frequent conflicts in almost every organization, if this conflict is not addressed immediately by the company then its impact will result in the organization becoming difficult to develop. Here are some of the impacts of Work Family Conflict that is the occurrence of work stress, and on the impact of Work Stress is the employees intend to get out of the organization or impact on the performance of the employee itself and on this occasion the researcher conducted a study to determine the effect of Work Family Conflict against Job Stress and Job Stress on the Meaning of Organization and Employee Performance at Darmo Hospital Nurse in Surabaya. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 nurses of male and female sex, with an average age between 21 years to over 50 years, and either married or single. The results of this study show that: (1) Work Family Conflict have positive and significant effect on Stress. (2) Stress has positive but not significant effect on Turnover Intention. (3) Stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance. Testing of path analysis showed that Work Family Conflict had positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention through Stress and other path analysis showed Work Family Conflict had positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Stress media
