This thesis discusses two formulations of the problem, namely the making of will number 22 in terms of laws and regulations and the legal consequences of testament deed number 22 in the event that the inherited land has been auctioned off for repayment of the heir's debt based on decision number No. 5/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Pwt.
