Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman, internet menjadi alat untuk membantu media sosial menjadi sangat penting. Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi dapat mempengaruhi niat belanja konsumen melalui media sosial dibandikan dengan toko tradisional. Media sosial menyediakan banyak fasilitas seperti berjualan melalui live streaming, promosi, blogging, dan lain-lain. Dalam jangkauan negara Indonesia, Shopee merupakan e-commerce yang unggul sehingga dapat menjadi pilihan masyarakat Indonesia. Objective : menganalisa pengaruh Live Streaming, Celebrity Endorsement, Promotion Tools, dan Online Review terhadap Online Shopping Behavior konsumen Shopee JABODETABEK. Methodology : Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis data regresi berganda serta PLS-SEM untuk pengujian hipotesis. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 220 (dua ratus dua puluh) sampel dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan berbagai responden dari pengguna Shopee wilayah JABODETABEK. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah instrument elektronik E-questionnaire yang berupa Google Form. Hasil pengujian dari hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis 1, 3 dan 4 didukung dan hipotesis 2 tidak didukung, yaitu live streaming berpengaruh positif terhadap online shopping behavior, celebrity endorsement berpengaruh positif terhadap online shopping behavior, promotional tools berpengaruh positif terhadap online shopping behavior, dan online reviews berpengaruh positif terhadap online shopping behavior .
