Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis, mengamati, serta melakukan uji pengaruh Leverage, Profitabilitas dan Free Cash Flow terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di S&P Capital IQ Tahun 2017-2021. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari perusahaan yang tersedia di S&P Capital IQ dengan total 203 observasi yang telah sesuai kriteria yang digunakan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dari perusahaan-perusahaan manufatur di Indonesia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2021. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 23.0. Dasar teori penelitian ini adalah teori keagenan dan teori sinyal. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seacara stimulan leverage, profitabilitas dan free cash flow berepengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial leverage memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara free cash flow memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode yang ditempuh untuk mengambil sampel ini yaitu dengan melakukan teknik purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling yaitu suatu cara dalam mengambil sampel pada aspek-aspek yang tertuju dan teknik tersebut cocok untuk penelitian kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mengharapkan bisa memberi informasi yang dapat diperhatikan dalam menilai kinerja perusahaan. Peneliti juga berharap para pengguna laporan keuangan lebih detail dalam menganalisis laporan keuangan suatu entitas untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan. / This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing, observing, and testing the effect of Leverage, Profitability and Free Cash Flow on Company Value in Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The data source for this study used secondary data from companies available on S&P Capital IQ with a total of 203 observations that met the criteria used using a purposive sampling technique from manufacturing companies in Indonesia listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. Data is processed using SPSS version 23.0. The theoretical basis of this research is agency theory and signaling theory. This study shows that as a stimulant, leverage, profitability and free cash flow have a significant effect on firm value. Partially, leverage has a positive effect on firm value. Profitability also has a positive influence on firm value. Meanwhile, free cash flow has a negative effect on firm value. The method used to take this sample is by using a purposive sampling technique. Purposive Sampling is a way of taking samples on the aspects that are considered and the technique is suitable for quantitative research. In this study, the authors hope to provide information that can be considered in assessing company performance. Researchers also hope that users of financial statements will be more detailed in analyzing the financial statements of an entity to avoid mistakes in decision making.
