Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji salah satu faktor yang
mempengaruhi pola makan sehat siswa yaitu pengetahuan yang dapat dilihat dari
hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi
hasil belajar kognitif siswa, deskripsi pola makan sehat siswa, dan hubungan
positif antara hasil belajar kognitif dengan pola makan sehat.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan
teknik korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII yang
berjumlah 112 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes dan
angket. Instrumen tes digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar kognitif siswa,
sedangkan instrumen angket digunakan untuk mengukur pola makan sehat siswa.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMP kelas VIII A dan VIII B
memiliki hasil belajar kognitif yang berada pada kategori kurang sebesar 40,91%,
pola makan berada pada kategori kurang sebesar 43,19%, dan tidak terdapat
hubungan yang positif antar variabel./ This research examined the cognitive learning outcomes which is one of
several factors that influences students’ healthy diet. The purpose of this research
is to describe the students’ cognitive learning outcomes and students’ healthy diet.
Besides that, this research is also aimed to know the positive correlation between
the cognitive learning outcomes with healthy diet.
This research method used quantitative associative with correlation
technique. The population in this research is 112 students of class VIII in ABC
school. The data were collected by using test instrument and questionnaire. The
test instrument was used to measure students’ cognitive learning outcomes, while
the questionnaire was used to measure students’ healthy diet.
The results of this research show that students of class VIII A and VIII B’s
cognitive learning outcomes is 40.91% which is included in less category, the
students’ healthy diet 43.19% which is included in less category, and there is a
very weak and positive correlation between variables.
