Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Knowledge Sharing, Competitive Advantage, Firm Performance dan Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap usaha Fnb di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk pengumpulan sampelnya. Responden yang ada pada penelitian ini sekitar 200 responden yang berasal dari daerah jabodetabek. Kuisioner akan disebarkan menggunakan google form. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data statistik yang didapatkan adalah SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Competitive Advantage memiliki pengaruh terhadap Firm Performance, Entrepreneurial Orientation memiliki pengaruh terhadap Firm Performance, Knowledge Sharing memiliki pengaruh terhadap Competitive Advantage, Knowledge Sharing memiliki pengaruh terhadap Firm Performance dan Pengaruh Knowledge Sharing dimoderasi Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap Firm Performance. / This research aims to see the effect of Knowledge Sharing, Competitive Advantage, Firm Performance and Entrepreneurial Orientation on FNB businesses in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling for collecting samples. Respondents in this study were around 200 respondents who came from jabodetabek area. Questionnaires will be distributed using the Google form. The application used to analyze the statistical data is SmartPLS 4. The results of this study state that Competitive Advantage has an influence on Company Performance, Entrepreneurial Orientation has an influence on Company Performance, Knowledge Sharing has an influence on Competitive Advantage, Knowledge Sharing has an influence on Company Performance and the Effect of Knowledge Sharing is moderated by Entrepreneurial Orientation on Company Performance.
