Abstract
Adanya perkembangan new media memunculkan media sosial yang saat ini sudah sangat berkembang pesat, oleh karena itu banyak perusahaan yang memanfaatkan media sosial untuk promosi jasa yang ditawarkan serta menciptakan ruang interaksi publik sehingga akan mempertahankan dan menciptakan citra yang harmonis antara perusahaan dengan publik. Untuk memaksimalkan penerapan dalam pemanfaatan media sosial, maka dari itu Atap Promotions membutuhkan social media strategy. Salah satunya Atap Promotions membagikan berbagai konten menarik yang bersifat informatif untuk mengedukasi serta memberikan hasil – hasil pencapaian Atap Promotions yang akan menarik perhatian publik, hal tersebut tentunya membutuhkan content marketing untuk mengorganisir setiap konten agar makna yang disampaikan oleh Atap Promotions lebih mudah dipahami oleh public. Berbagai konten yang diunggah oleh pemagang sebagai content planner dalam pemanfaatan sosial media Instagram menggunakan beberapa konsep yaitu Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media Sosial, Content Marketing, Media Relations. Dalam menjalankan tanggung jawabnya sebagai content planner pemagang membuat tiga jenis konten yaitu konten edukasi dan menghibur, konten menginspirasi dan emosial serta konten menjual / The growth of a new media makes social media’s improvement fast, that’s why there are a lot of companies that use social media as a way to promote the service that they provide and also create a space for interaction between us and the public that will create a great image for us. To maximize the use of social media, Atap Promotions needs social media strategies. One of the examples are they shared different types of interesting content with very informative information to educate people and they also share some of their achievements that will caught public’s attention, those things require content marketing to organize everything so that the message that Atap Promotions wants to share will be understood. These are the contents that an apprentice as a content planner uploaded using variety of concepts which are Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, Media Relations. By doing the responsibilities as a content planner, an apprentice made three different types of contents which are education and entertainment, inspirational and emotional, and last marketing.
