The rapid development of technology has spread to all aspects of human life, including the world of education. Schools need to take quick anticipatory steps to prepare themselves to keep up with developments so that the values believed by schools do not shift with the presence of technology. This study aimed to find out how schools viewed technology so that it could help schools to understand the role of technology in education and how schools used mission statements as a basis for their approach to technology. Respondents in this study were the school community consisting of principals, teachers, and students. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The study’s result showed that technology was used for more effective learning management purposes and was useful for optimizing students' capabilities. The regulation of the usage of technology was crucial for the school community so that the usage of technology could be controlled. The study suggested that schools needed to be more intentional in articulating the school's mission to the entire school community. In addition, school leaders needed to consider and evaluate the implementation of professional development to prepare teachers for the implementation of technology in learning more effectively.
