Abstract
Regeneration and cadrerization are important programs that need to be done to progress an organization in the future. The existence of regeneration and cadrerization programs, both formally and informally, will help prospective leaders to be prepared both knowledgeably and mentally to become strong leaders and be responsible for their leadership calling. In the implementation of regeneration and cadrerization, there is a very low interest in teachers becoming leaders, so school leaders need to take a personal approach in every leadership recruitment. The research design used was case study qualitative research. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires by the principal, vice principal, and senior teachers who have worked for more than three years and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results showed that the regeneration process has not been running optimally. Formal regeneration is not optimal because there is no Christian leadership training, so teachers as prospective leaders lack an understanding of Christian leadership. Informal regeneration has not been optimal because the principal has not provided intense guidance for teachers after the evaluation to help teachers develop and be prepared to become leaders. / Regenerasi dan kaderisasi merupakan program penting yang perlu dilakukan suatu organisasi demi kemajuan organisasi tersebut. Adanya program regenerasi dan kaderisasi baik secara formal dan informal akan membantu para calon pemimpin untuk dipersiapkan baik secara pengetahuan dan mental untuk menjadi pemimpin yang tangguh dan bertanggungjawab atas panggilan kepemimpinannya. Dalam pelaksanaan regenerasi dan kaderisasi, terlihat sangat rendah ketertarikan guru untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin sehingga pemimpin sekolah perlu mengadakan pendekatan pribadi dalam setiap perekrutan kepemimpinan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan pengisian angket oleh kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan guru senior yang sudah bekerja di atas tiga tahun dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses kaderisasi belum berjalan secara maksimal. Kaderisasi formal belum maksimal karena tidak adanya pelatihan kepemimpinan kristen sehingga guru sebagai calon pemimpin kurang memahami tentang kepemimpinan kristen. Kaderisasi Informal belum maksimal karena kepala sekolah belum memberikan bimbingan secara intens bagi guru-guru setelah adanya evaluasi untuk membantu guru berkembang dan dipersiapkan menjadi pemimpin.
