Abstract
Teachers are in the forefront to improve education. As the transition from remote learning to face-to-face learning takes place, teachers no longer have network difficulties in ensuring student attendance and submission of assignments. Teacher’s performance should gradually recover and give a significant contribution to catching up on the learning loss during the pandemic. Nonetheless, not all teachers demonstrate maximum performance. There are internal factors that can influence teacher’s performance, namely servant leadership, pedagogical competence, and self-efficacy. This study is aimed to examine the influence of servant leadership, pedagogical competence, and self-efficacy towards teacher’s performance in School X. Sixty-seven teachers filled out online questionnaire for the research. The study uses PLS SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) to test the research hypotheses. The results show that servant leadership significantly effects on self-efficacy and teacher’s performance. In addition, it is found that pedagogical competence significantly effects self-efficacy and teacher’s performance. Nevertheless, self efficacy has no effect on teacher’s performance. / Guru berada di garis terdepan dalam usaha memajukan pendidikan. Seiring tejadinya transisi pembelajaran dari pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) ke pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM), guru tidak lagi mengalami kendala jaringan ataupun kendala dalam memastikan siswa hadir dan mengumpulkan tugas. Seharusnya kinerja guru pun berangsur pulih dan memberikan kontribusi siknifikan terhadap pembelajaran yang sempat tertinggal selama masa pandemi. Namun, pada kenyataannya, tidak semua guru menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Ada faktor-faktor internal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru, yakni servant leadership, kompetensi pedagogik, dan efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh servant leadership, kompetensi pedagogik, dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah X. Ada sebanyak enam puluh tujuh guru yang mengisi kuesioner secara daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat PLS SEM dalam menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh siknifikan perhadap efikasi diri dan kinerja guru. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh siknifikan terhadp efikasi diri dan kinerja guru. Namun demikian, juga ditemukan bahwa efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.
