Abstract
The quality of teacher performance in the workplace undoubtedly determines the progress of a school. Efforts to improve the quality of teacher performance are essential and can be done through various means, including leadership style and personality. This study aims to investigate the effect of Transformational Leadership and proactive personality on teacher performance through the mediating variable of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Survey data were collected from 95 teachers working at XYZ School, West Jakarta, and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis tool. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership and proactive personality have a positive influence on teacher performance through the mediation of OCB.
