Penelitian ini menganalisis komunikasi politik Joko Widodo dalam merespon tindakan politik Partai Nasdem yang mendeklarasikan Anies Baswedan sebagai bakal calon Presiden. Penelitian ini bermaksud mengkaji bagaimana isi diskusi “Program Satu Meja The Forum” tentang sikap politik Joko Widodo dalam merespon isu keretakan hubungannya dengan Partai Nasdem. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode analisis wacana kritis Teun van Dijk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis wacana kritis Teun van Dijk terhadap isi “Program Satu Meja The Forum”, disimpulkan bahwa hubungan Partai Nasdem dan Joko Widodo saat ini sedang merenggang. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena Presiden Joko Widodo tidak menyetujui deklarasi Anies Baswedan sebagai capres 2024 Partai Nasdem. Ketidaksetujuan Presiden Joko Widodo tersebut disampaikan secara simbolis, yaitu dengan tidak menghadiri perayaan ulang tahun Partai Nasdem dan juga tidak mengirimkan ucapan pada hari ulang tahun Partai Nasdem pasca-deklarasi Anies Baswedan sebagai Capres Partai Nasdem. Joko Widodo memilih untuk tidak menyampaikan komentar secara terbuka mengenai ketidaksetujuannya tersebut bermaksud untuk menjaga stabilitas politik nasional. Tindakan ini didasarkan pada falsafah Jawa serta pola komunikasi Orang Jawa yang mengedepankan keselarasan serta sikap kehati-hatian dalam menjaga hubungan. / This research analyzes the political communication of Joko Widodo in responding to the political actions of the Nasdem Party, which declared Anies Baswedan as a potential presidential candidate for the party. The study aims to examine the content of the "Program Satu Meja The Forum" discussion regarding Joko Widodo's political stance in responding to the issue of his strained relationship with the Nasdem Party. This research adopts a qualitative case study approach using the critical discourse analysis method by Teun van Dijk. The findings of the research indicate that based on Teun van Dijk's critical discourse analysis of the content from "Program Satu Meja The Forum," it can be concluded that the relationship between the Nasdem Party and Joko Widodo is currently strained. This is due to President Joko Widodo's disagreement with the declaration of Anies Baswedan as the Nasdem Party's presidential candidate for the 2024 election. President Joko Widodo's disapproval was symbolically conveyed by not attending Nasdem Party's anniversary celebration and not sending any greetings on the Nasdem Party's anniversary after Anies Baswedan was declared as their presidential candidate. Joko Widodo chose not to openly comment on his disagreement in order to maintain national political stability. This action is based on Javanese philosophy and the communication patterns of the Javanese people, which emphasize harmony and cautiousness in maintaining relationships.
