Abstract
Laporan seminar hasil ini merupakan kegiatan hasil dari laporan penelitian yang diteliti dan ditulis oleh penulis. Laporan penelitian ini berjudul "Pemanfaatan Biji Cempedak Dalam Pembuatan Pasta dan Perkedel". Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan atau observasi pada produk dalam pengumpulan data. Pada seminar hasil dilakukan ada beberapa persiapan yang harus dilakukan oleh penulis antara lain pengecekkan peralatan yang berhubungan dengan kelayakan kondisi seperti laptop, microphone, speaker, koneksi internet, serta menyiapkan materi yang akan dipresentasikan pada seminar hasil. Dalam melaksanakan seminar hasil dosen reviewer akan melihat, membaca, dan menilai hasil dari penelitian yang sudah di tulis oleh penulis. Pada saat seminar hasil dilaksanakan para peserta diberi waktu untuk memaparkan materi yang diteliti kemudian dosen reviewer melakukan sesi tanya jawab. Setelah melakukan sesi tanya jawab dosen reviewer akan memberikan feedback kepada penulis agar dapat ditambahkan pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Tujuan dari hasil seminar hasil ini dapat membantu menyempurnakan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis agar penelitian yang dilakukan dapat lebih baik lagi.

and written by the author. This research report is entitled "Utilization of Cempedak seeds in the manufacture of pasta and cakes". This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology using observation techniques or observations on products in data collection. In the results of the seminar that was carried out, there were several preparations that had to be made by the authors, including checking equipment related to eligibility conditions such as laptops, microphones, speakers, internet connections, and preparing material to be presented at the seminar results. In carrying out the seminar the results of the reviewer lecturer will see, read, and assess the results of the research that has been written by the author. At the time of the results seminar, the participants were given time to present the material under study, then the reviewer lecturer held a question and answer session. After conducting a question and answer session, the reviewer lecturer will provide feedback to the author so that it can be added to the research that has been done. The purpose of the results of the seminar results can help improve the results of research conducted by the author so that the research conducted can be even better.
