Laporan seminar hasil merupakan bentuk pemaparan dari pembuatan buku resep dengan judul “Rancangan Buku resep Masakan Nusantara Bercitarasa Arab”. Pembuatan buku resep ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai bahan dan langkah pembuatan masakan Nusantara bercitarasa Arab melalui kumpulan resep aneka kuliner yang mudah dipahami. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan tampilan dan resep, rancangan buku resep akan melalui tahap uji oleh panelis. / The research seminar of aims to provide the information and result about the creation of a recipe book with the title “A Draft Recipe Book for Arabic Flavors That Develop in the Archipelago”. The purpose of making this recipe book is to provide insight into the ingredients and steps for making Indonesian dishes with an Arabic flavor through a collection of various culinary recipes that are easy to understand. To find out the feasibility of display and recipes, the recipe book design will go through a test phase by the panelists.
