Abstract

PT Tani Perkasa Kimindo Medan is company focuses on agriculture products distributions. Decreased employee performance from absenteeism in the company. The aim of this research is to examine the effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee performance at company. All employees can achieve targeted performance criteria, aligned with the organization's vision and objective. Leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment can all impact employee performance. Quantitative research with descriptive and causal study is used to analyze the sample of 73 employees. The respondents are customers of PT Tani Perkasa Kimindo Medan and are taken using nonprobability sampling and using census sampling. Distribution of the questionnaires conducted has passed the validity and reliability test. The data tested also passed the normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression test. Based on hypothesis test t-test and F-test both organizational culture and transformational leadership have influence to employee performance at PT Tani Perkasa Kimindo Medan. It can be recommended to the company, need to increase discipline by providing sanctions and warnings to employees who violate their attitudes and work ethics. Motivate employees in dealing with work. Company to improve the current way of leadership, namely by holding frequent joint meetings and holding events with employees to increase employee motivation. Company needs to provide training to employees to improve their ability to carry out current jobs. / PT Tani Perkasa Kimindo Medan adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi produk pertanian. Menurunnya kinerja karyawan akibat absensi di perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan. Semua karyawan dapat mencapai kriteria kinerja yang ditargetkan, selaras dengan visi dan tujuan organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja semuanya dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi deskriptif dan kausal digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel sebanyak 73 karyawan. Respondennya adalah pelanggan PT Tani Perkasa Kimindo Medan yang diambil menggunakan nonprobability sampling dan menggunakan sensus sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diuji juga lolos uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis uji t dan uji F baik budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Tani Perkasa Kimindo Medan. Dapat direkomendasikan kepada perusahaan, perlu meningkatkan kedisiplinan dengan memberikan sanksi dan peringatan kepada karyawan yang melanggar sikap dan etika kerjanya. Memotivasi karyawan dalam menghadapi pekerjaan. Perusahaan untuk meningkatkan cara kepemimpinan saat ini, yaitu dengan sering mengadakan pertemuan bersama dan mengadakan acara bersama karyawan untuk meningkatkan motivasi karyawan. Perusahaan perlu memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan saat ini.
