Abstract

Era digitalisasi saat ini merupakan era yang sangat penting karena masih merupakan transisi dari era sebelumnya. Akselerasi digitalisasi didukung oleh penggunaan teknologi informasi yang meningkat sangat pesat, salah satunya penggunaan media internet sehingga kinerja dari penyedia internet penting untuk diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional digital terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui faktor mediasi kapital intelektual dan inovasi disalah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa internet di Indonesia. Teknik analisa menggunakan Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) dengan program Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima dan seluruh sifat pengaruh adalah positif. Dimana kepemimpinan transformasional digital memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, kapital intelektual dan inovasi. Begitu juga dengan kapital intelektual dan inovasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. / The current era of digitalization is significant because it is still a transition from the previous period. The acceleration of digitalization is supported by the use of information technology which is increasing rapidly, one of which is the use of internet media so, that the performance of internet providers is essential to pay attention to. This study examines the effect of digital transformational leadership on organizational performance through the mediation factor of intellectual capital and innovation in one of the internet provider companies in Indonesia. The analysis technique uses Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) with the Smart-PLS program. The research results show that all hypotheses are accepted, and all the influence characteristics positive. Where digital transformational leadership has a positive influence on organizational performance, intellectual capital, and innovation. Likewise, intellectual capital and innovation have a positive influence on organizational performance. The results of this study aimed can provide input to company management to determine factors that will improve organizational performance
