Abstract
Keberhasilan dan keberlangsungan perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah peran sumber daya manusia yang menjadi kunci penentu keberlangsungan perusahaan. Perusahaan harus mampu melakukan perencanaan dan pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar dapat menghasilkan karyawan yang memiliki kinerja tinggi yang dapat menguntungkan perusahaan. Penulis ingin meneliti apakah salah satu faktor produktivitas yaitu kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan komunikasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan rasa keingintahuan terhadap faktor situasional tertentu yang terjadi di PT Bank XYZ-Jakarta yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN dengan total 321 cabang yang berada di Jakarta dengan memperkerjakan lebih dari 30.000 karyawan diseluruh indonesia. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan komunikasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ZYX-jakarta, sehingga membawa kepada peningkatan produktivitas penjualan di PT Bank XYZ-Jakarta, maupun perusahaan lain di indutri yang sama atau yang berbeda yang didukung oleh kinerja karyawan yang tinggi di dalam perusahaan. Penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner tentang sikap dan pendapat yang akan diukur dengan skala Likert, juga melakukan observasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bank XYZ cabang Jakarta sebanyak 213 orang. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data SEM dengan menguji hirarki regresi menggunakan smart PLS 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompensasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan pengembangan karir berpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja karyawan./The success and sustainability of the company can be influenced by several factors, one of which is the role of human resources which are the key determinants of the sustainability of the company. Companies must be able to plan and manage human resource management in order to produce employees who have high performance that can benefit the company. The authors wanted to examine whether one of the productivity factors namely compensation, career development and communication can improve employee performance. This research was conducted based on curiosity about certain situational factors that occur at PT Bank XYZ-Jakarta which is one of the state-owned companies with a total of 321 branches located in Jakarta with more than 30,000 employees throughout Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether compensation, career development and communication have an influence on the performance of PT ZYX-Jakarta employees, thus leading to an increase in sales productivity at PT Bank XYZ-Jakarta, as well as other companies in the same or different industries supported by high employee performance within the company. The author uses a data collection method by distributing questionnaires about attitudes and opinions that will be measured by the Likert scale, as well as making observations directly or indirectly. The subjects used in this study were employees of PT Bank XYZ Jakarta branch as many as 213 people the technique used in this study uses SEM data analysis by testing regression hierarch using smart PLS 3.3.3. The result of this study is that compensation and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while career development has a negative effect on employee performance.
