Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil observasi, beberapa siswa di dalam kelas XI SB1/SB2
mengalami masalah di dalam bekerjasama. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa
faktor antara lain, siswa tidak terbiasa bekerja kelompok, metode pengajaran yang
digunakan guru cenderung monoton, dan kelas ini merupakan gabungan dari dua
kelas berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan
STAD dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bekerjasama siswa dan bagaimana STAD
dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bekerjasama siswa.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 Agustus – 13 November 2015
dengan menggunakan metode PTK model Kemmis dan Taggart. Penelitian ini
terdiri dari dua siklus dan dilaksanakan di sebuah SMA di Karawaci dengan
subjek penelitian empat orang siswa. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen lembar
observasi mentor, lembar wawancara mentor, lembar angket siswa, serta jurnal
refleksi untuk memperoleh data. Validitas konstruksi instrumen dilakukan dengan
ekspert judgment dan validitas data dilakukan melalui proses triangulasi. Siklus di
dalam penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil jika telah mencapai interval nilai 61-80
atau memenuhi kriteria minimal „baik‟.
Dalam penelitian ini penerapan STAD dengan menggunakan strategi
pengajaran yang mendukung, memberikan pengaruh pada kemampuan
bekerjasama siswa. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penerapan STAD
mampu meningkatkan kemampuan bekerjasama siswa./ Based on the observation, some of grade XI SB1/SB2 students had
difficulty in working in group. It because of some factors such as do not accustom
to work in group, the learning method that teacher used tend to be monotone, and
this class is consist of the different classes. The purposes of this research were to
find whether the implementation of STAD can increase student‟s cooperative skill
and how the implementation of STAD can increase student‟s cooperative skill.
This research was conducted on August
– November
, 2015 by
using CAR‟s method with Kemmis and Taggart‟s model. This research was
consisted of two cycles in a High School in Karawaci and there were four students
as the subject. The instruments which used in this research are mentor‟s
observation sheet, mentor„s interview sheet, student‟s questionnaire sheet, and the
researcher‟s journal reflection. The construct validity of instruments were done by
the experts judgment and the data validity was done by triangulation. The cycle in
this research was determined to be succeed if the score reached the interval 61-80
or fulfilled the minimum criteria (good).
The implementation of STAD by using useful teaching strategy, impacting
student‟s cooperative skill. Data analysis showed that the implementation of
STAD could increase students‟ cooperative skill.
