Abstract
The inadequate work environment and the decreasing motivation of the employees of PT. Anugerah Cahaya Putih is a phenomenon that is evident in the uncomfortableness of the employees working in the company also the consistent rise of absenteeism among employees. Moreover, the performance of the employees of PT. Anugerah Cahaya Putih has continually fallen within the last six months. Inherently, this situation will affect to a lower quality of employees as well as the overall performance of PT. Anugerah Cahaya Putih to achieve its goals. However, the performance of employees is one of factors that play an important role to the company since it is required to be able to produce the products demanded by business partners and MSME’s entrepreneurs on time, according to the quantity and quality that must always meet the desirable standard.
Primary and secondary data is used in this study, the questionnaires are distributed to the employees of PT. Anugerah Cahaya Putih. Data is measured by validity and reliability test. The sampling techniques used in this research is census method. The gathered data is analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software that the research model is being tested using normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and linearity test. The data also tested with multiple linear regression, coefficient of correlation and coefficient of determination. And the hypotheses tests are done with F-test and T-Test
The purpose of this study is to evaluate which between Work Environment and Work Motivation has the greatest influence towards Employee Performance of PT. Anugerah Cahaya Putih and whether have significant influence. The current study has indicated that Work Environment and Work Motivation partially and simultaneously are having significant influence towards Employee Performance where Work Environment found to have the greatest influence among others. / Lingkungan kerja yang kurang memadai dan motivasi karyawan PT. Anugerah Cahaya Putih yang menurun merupakan fenomena yang terlihat dari ketidak-nyamanan para karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan serta tingginya tingkat absensi karyawan. Apalagi kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Cahaya Putih terus turun dalam enam bulan terakhir. Secara inheren, keadaan ini akan berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas karyawan serta kinerja PT. Anugerah Cahaya Putih secara keseluruhan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Namun demikian, kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor yang memegang peranan penting bagi perusahaan karena dituntut untuk dapat menghasilkan produk yang diminta oleh mitra usaha dan pelaku UMKM tepat waktu, sesuai dengan kuantitas dan kualitas yang harus selalu dijaga. memenuhi standar yang diinginkan.
Data primer dan sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini, kuesioner dibagikan kepada karyawan PT. Anugerah Cahaya Putih. Data diukur dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22.0 dimana model penelitian diuji dengan uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas dan linieritas. Data juga diuji dengan regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan Uji-F dan Uji-T
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi antara Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja manakah yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Anugerah Cahaya Putih dan apakah berpengaruh signifikan. Penelitian saat ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dimana lingkungan kerja ditemukan sebagai variable yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar diantara variable yang lain.
