Tahap pembuatan mencakup penyusunan resep, pengumpulan bahan, serta uji coba hedonik terhadap rasa, aroma, tekstur, dan warna masakan. Tahap penyelesaian melibatkan penyusunan hasil penelitian dalam buku resep dengan tata letak yang menarik dan gambar-gambar ilustratif.
