Abstract
Selama kegiatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani siswa kelas VII di
Sekolah NKT Kupang ditemukan siswa yang tidak disiplin, yaitu siswa banyak
melakukan kegiatan di luar pembelajaran, mengobrol dengan siswa lain saat guru
menjelaskan, dan saling menganggu satu sama lain. Oleh karena itu, peneliti
melakukan penelitian dengan menerapkan prosedur kelas untuk meningkatkan
disiplin siswa.
Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan prosedur
kelas dapat meningkatkan disiplin siswa dan langkah-langkah penerapan prosedur
kelas yang dapat meningkatkan disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan
menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis
dan McTaggart yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Siklus penelitian dilaksanakan
pada tanggal 4 November 2015 dan 11 November 2015 di Sekolah NKT Kupang,
Nusa Tenggara Timur. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII dengan jumlah
29 siswa.
Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui instrumen penelitian yang
terdiri atas rubrik observasi mentor, kuesioner siswa, lembar checklist siswa,
wawancara mentor, dan jurnal refleksi peneliti. Data tersebut kemudian akan
dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
penerapan prosedur kelas dapat meningkatkan disiplin siswa sesuai dengan
prosedur yang telah direncanakan dalam PTK./ In grade VII students physical education learning of Kupang NKT School,
there were doing unrelated undiscipline students. Most of the students were doing
unrelated activities to the class, chatting with other when the teacher was teaching,
and disturbing one another. Therefore, the researcher did this research by
implementing procedure to improve the discipline.
The purpose of this research is to know that classroom procedure is able to
improve students discipline and the steps of its implementation that could improve
students discipline. This research done by using the method of Classroom Action
Research (CAR) with Kemmis and McTaggart model that had done by two cycles.
The research cycle held on November 4, 2015 and November 11, 2015 in Kupang
NKT School, South-East Timor. The subject of this research is grade VII students
of 29.
The research data collecting by research instrument that were mentor
observation rubric, students questionnaire, students checklist sheet, mentor
interview and research reflection journal. Thore datas then will be analyzed as
qualitative descriptive. The research result shown that procedure implementation
can improve students discipline in accordance of planned procedure in the CAR.
