Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui anteseden dari perceived usefulness dengan perceived ease of use sebagai variabel mediasi penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit Elektronik pada Rumah Sakit XYZ Tangerang. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 80 dokter yang bekerja pada Rumah Sakit XYZ Tangerang dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS ver 4.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa anteseden dari model UTAUT secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi perceived ease of use, namun pada degree of openness tidak mempengaruhi perceived of use. Kemudian, anteseden dari model UTAUT secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi perceived usefulness, namun pada computer self-efficacy, trustworthiness, technological risk dan facilitating conditions tidak dapat mempengaruhi perceived of use. Peceived Ease of Use secara positif dan signifikan memediasi anteseden dari model UTAUT dengan Perceived Usefulness, namun Peceived Ease of Use tidak memediasi Degree of Openness dengan Perceived Usefulness. / The purpose of this study was to determine the antecedents of perceived usefulness with perceived ease of use as a mediating variabel using the Electronic Hospital Management Information System at XYZ Hospital in Tangerang. This study applied a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 80 doctors working at XYZ Hospital in Tangerang and analyzed using SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS ver 4.0 software. The results of the study prove that the antecedents of the UTAUT model positively and significantly affect perceived ease of use, but the degree of openness does not affect perceived use. Then, the introduction of the UTAUT model positively and significantly affects perceived usefulness, but on computer self- efficacy, trustworthiness, technological risks and facilitating conditions cannot affect perceived use. Perceived Ease of Use positively and significantly mediates the antecedents of the UTAUT model with Perceived Usefulness, but Perceived Ease of Use does not mediate the Degree of Openness with Perceived Usefulness
