Abstract
PT Gemar Sukawati Indah is a company engaged in producing raw rubber for tyres. Work discipline is still not achieved due to employee work violations. On work fatigue. It can be seen that many employees have submitted resignations, and this has an impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work discipline and job burnout on employee performance.
Work burnout is an important factor that must be considered by the company to get strong performance and work performance from employees in order to achieve company goals and also the higher the level of employee discipline, the better the level of performance that can be achieved.
In this study using quantitative research with statistics and causal. The results of the study will present the results of the validity test, respondent characteristic test, descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test from the results of this study with the number of questionnaires distributed to 76 employees. The results of the study indicate that discipline and job saturation have a positive and significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance
at PT Gemar Sukawati Indah.
Recommendations that can be given to the company are to provide direction from training regarding work culture in the company, provide tiered training, provide appropriate work incentives, carry out good work management of employees by organising work according to working hours. / PT Gemar Sukawati Indah merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang memproduksi karet mentah untuk ban. Disiplin kerja yang masih belum tercapai karena adanya pelanggaran pekerjaan karyawan. Pada kelelahan bekerja
terlihat bahwa karyawan banyak yang mengajukan pengunduran diri dan hal ini berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. Maksud dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kejenuhan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Kejenuhan kerja merupakan faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan untuk mendapatkan kinerja dan prestasi kerja yang kuat dari karyawan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan juga semakin tinggi tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan, maka semakin baik pula tingkat kinerja yang dapat dicapai. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan statistik dan kausal. Hasil penelitian akan memaparkan hasil uji validitas, uji karakteristik responden, uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dari hasil penelitian ini dengan
jumlah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 76 karyawan.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin dan kejenuhan kerja secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Gemar Sukawati Indah.
Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan kepada perusahaan adalah memberikan arahan dari pelatihan mengenai budaya kerja di perusahaan, memberikan pelatihan yang berjenjang, memberikan insentif kerja yang sesuai, melakukan manajemen kerja yang baik terhadap karyawan dengan mengatur pekerjaan sesuai dengan jam kerja.
