Abstract
PT Indojaya Agrinusa, Medan experienced a decline in employee performance that can be seen from the absenteeism due to work motivation and communication. The aim of this research is to analyze whether work motivation and communication have partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT Indojaya Agrinusa, Medan.
Work motivation and communication have an important role in customer employee performance. Work motivation and communication are highly connected with customer employee performance and company revenue.
In this research, the writer used quantitative research design and SPSS. The writer used descriptive and causal approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The population will be 158 employees and sample size was 113 employees.
This research also passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Employee Performance = 11.630 + 0.150 Motivation + 0.235 Communication + e. The result of hypothesis test, work motivation and communication have partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT Indojaya Agrinusa, Medan. Furthermore, work motivation and communication have 43,8% influence on employee performance.
The recommendation for PT Indojaya Agrinusa, Medan include improve employee salaries to be motivated to work optimally and communication between employees properly and clearly which can be done by improving employee employment relationships. / PT Indojaya Agrinusa, Medan mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan yang terlihat dari absensi akibat motivasi kerja dan komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah motivasi kerja dan komunikasi berpengaruh parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Indojaya Agrinusa, Medan.
Motivasi kerja dan komunikasi memiliki peran penting dalam kinerja karyawan pelanggan. Motivasi kerja dan komunikasi sangat terkait dengan kinerja karyawan pelanggan dan pendapatan perusahaan.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan SPSS. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Populasi akan menjadi 158 karyawan dan ukuran sampel adalah 113 karyawan.
Penelitian ini juga lolos uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan persamaannya adalah Kinerja Karyawan = 11.630 + 0.150 Motivasi + 0.235 Komunikasi + e. Hasil uji hipotesis, motivasi kerja dan komunikasi berpengaruh parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Indojaya Agrinusa, Medan. Selain itu, motivasi kerja dan komunikasi berpengaruh sebesar 43,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Rekomendasi untuk PT Indojaya Agrinusa, Medan termasuk memperbaiki gaji karyawan agar termotivasi untuk bekerja dengan optimal dan menciptakan komunikasi yang jelas dengan cara memperbaiki hubungan kerja karyawan.
