The Indonesian government has drafted the National Education System Bill to support education activities in Indonesia. This writing discusses a juridical analysis of the 2022 National Education System Draft Law (RUU) using the perspective of Keadilan Bermartabat theory. The aim in writing is to evaluate the bill from the point of view of dignified justice, which places human dignity as the focus in the administration of education. In writing, the author takes a normative analysis approach to the 2022 National Education System Bill and examines the theory of Keadilan Bermartabat as a reference in assessing the justice of the bill. The analysis was carried out by comparing the provisions in the bill with the principles of dignified justice, such as equality, non-discrimination, community involvement, and active student participation. The results of the analysis show that the 2022 National Education System Bill has adopted several principles of Keadilan Bermartabat, such as equal rights in obtaining education, recognition of rights and protection for children with special needs, and recognition of rights for early childhood. However, there are still several provisions in the bill that do not fully reflect the principles of dignified justice, such as the lack of concrete provisions regarding access to education for children from marginalized groups, the loss of teacher professional allowances and not yet optimal community involvement in education administration.
