Abstract

Strategy determination is very important for a company because strategy is the direction to the company moves to achieve the goals set. Setting strategy is also useful to meet customer expectations so they become satisfied with the product or service that the company is offering. In establishing the strategy, Frame A Trip use a multidomestic strategy which sees the local situation in determining the price so that in determining the rate there are 3 pillars grouped by Frame A Trip. In achieving customer satisfaction, Frame A Trip sees the level of customer satisfaction, the determine factors and benefits measure customer satisfaction. In increase the value creation, Frame A Trip depend more on cost leadership with promos, discounts, and the cheaper price than competitors rather than differentiation, but the role of differentiation in value creation is also quite good in Frame A Trip.
