Abstract
Peneliti memfokuskan penelitian pada industri perhotelan sebagai penyumbang perkembangan sektor pariwisata Indonesia yang dikhususkan pada divisi food and beverage dimana sumber daya manusia yang mendukung terciptakanya kualitas makanan dan pelayanan yang terbaik dihasilkan dari lulusan perguruan tinggi yang salah satunya adalah Universitas Pelita Harapan yang menyediakan program studi yang berkaitan juga tersedianya sarana laboratorium yang mendukung mahasiswa untuk semakin meningkatkan kualitas makanan yang dihasilkan dengan menyimpan bahan baku protein segar di tempat yang telah disediakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatis dengan menggunakan
teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur sebagai cara untuk mengumpulkan data. Pada seminar hasil dilakukan ada berberapa persiapan yang dilakukan oleh penulis antara lain mengcek koneksi internet, mengecek microphone serta menyiapkan materi presentasi dengan ditampilkan pada saat seminar hasil. Simpulan rekomendasi reviewer pada penelitian saya adalah format yang kurang rapih dan isi latar belakang yang kurang terstruktur. / Researchers focused research on the hospitality industry as a contributor to the development of the Indonesian tourism sector which is devoted to the food and beverage division where human resources that support the creation of the best quality food and service are produced from university graduates, one of which is
Pelita Harapan University which provides related study programs as well as the availability of laboratory facilities that support students to further improve the
quality of food produced by storing fresh protein raw materials in the space provided. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology using interview techniques, observation and literature studies as a way to collect data. At the results seminar, there were several preparations made by the author, including checking the internet connection, checking the microphone and preparing
presentation material which was displayed during the results seminar. The conclusions of the reviewer's recommendations in my research are the untidy format and the unstructured background content.
