Waktu tunggu penyiapan resep pasien pulang rawat inap memberikan pengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan pasien rawat inap. Resep pulang adalah resep tertulis yang akan disiapkan kemudian obat yang tertulis di dalam resep akan di serahkan kepada pasien atau keluarga pasien saat proses pemulangan pasien rawat inap. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan metode observasi deskriptif, melakukan pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan secara langsung dan telaah data (metode prospektif). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar sasaran mutu dalam waktu tunggu resep pasien pulang di farmasi rawat inap yang sudah tercapai. Sampel yang akan digunakan dari hasil besarnya populasi resep pasien pulang di instalasi farmasi rawat inap, kemudian akan diambil secara random sampling sebanyak 294 sampel yang diambil pada jam sibuk mulai dari proses entri ke sistem hingga obat siap diantar atau siap di pick up. Hasil yang di dapatkan merupakan waktu tunggu pelayanan resep pasien pulang rawat inap lebih dari 30 menit ± 37 menit. Faktor yang mempergaruhi adalah banyaknya kategori yang berbeda-beda seperti permintaan obat, ketersediaan obat, pengenceran obat, konfirmasi, penyiapan obat bukan kategori resep pasien pulang dan pengantaran atau pengambilan obat./The waiting time for preparing prescriptions for inpatients to go home has an influence on the quality of inpatient care. A discharge prescription is a written prescription that will be prepared and then the medicine written in the prescription will be handed over to the patient or the patients family during the inpatient discharge process. This research will be conducting using descriptive observation method, collecting data through direct observation and analysis data (prospective method). This study aims to determine how much the quality objectives in waiting time for prescriptions for patients to go home at the inpatient pharmacy have been achievied. The sample that will be used is the result of the large population of prescription patients discharged at the inpatient pharmacy installation, then will be taken by random sampling a total of 294 samples were taken during peak hours starting from the entry process into the system until the drugs were ready to the delivered or ready to be picked up. The result obtained are the waiting time for prescription services for patients going home from hospitalization of more than 30 minute ± 37 minute. The influencing factors are the number of different categories such as drug request, drug availability, drug dilution, confirmation, drug preparation, non-prescription categories, patient discharge and drugs delivery or collection.
