Abstract
Penyakit diare merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang banyak terjadi dan meningkat kasusnya di Indonesia. Pada Tahun 2021 di Banten, diare menempati urutan kasus tertinggi ke-2 setelah penyakit infeksi pneumonia pada post neonatal (< 11 bulan) sebanyak 14 % hingga menyebabkan kematian. Diare juga menempati kasus urutan pertama penyakit yang menyebabkan kematian pada balita 12-59 bulan dengan persentase 10,3%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pola peresepan pada pasien anak dengan diagnosa diare di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit X Tangerang. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian non eksperimental secara deskriptif yang dilakukan secara retrospektif untuk mengkaji data resep pasien anak di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit X Tangerang. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu peresepan obat diare yang paling banyak digunakan adalah larutan rehidrasi oral berupa zinc sebanyak 74 resep atau 39,15%, dan probiotik sebanyak 65 resep atau 34,4% dan sebagian besar pengobatan telah memenuhi tatalaksana diare. Adapun persentase penggunaan terapi penunjang paling banyak diantaranya penggunakan domperidon sebanyak 39,76% (33 kasus) dan parasetamol 30,12% (25 kasus)./Diarrhea disease is a public health problem that occurs a lot and its cases are increasing in Indonesia. In 2021 in Banten, diarrhea ranks as the 2nd highest case after post-neonatal pneumonia infection (<11 months) as much as 14% causing death. Diarrhea also ranks first as a disease that causes death in toddlers aged 12- 59 months with a percentage of 10.3%. The purpose of this study was to describe the pattern of prescribing in pediatric patients diagnosed with diarrhea at the Outpatient Installation of Hospital X Tangerang. The type of research method used in this study was a descriptive non-experimental study carried out retrospectively to examine prescription data for pediatric patients at the Outpatient Installation of Hospital X Tangerang. The results of this study were that the most widely used prescription of diarrhea drugs was oral rehydration solution in the form of zinc with 74 prescriptions or 39.15%, and probiotics with 65 prescriptions or 34.4% and most of the treatments met diarrhea management. The percentage of the use of supporting therapy was the highest, including the use of domperidone as much as 39.76% (33 cases) and paracetamol 30.12% (25 cases).
