Pelayanan dalam memberikan informasi obat serta pemberian layanan antar obat yang membantu mempermudah dalam memperoleh obat diharapkan dapat memberikan pengaruh dalam kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien serta fator-faktor yang mempengaruhinya.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripif yang dikumpulkan secara prospektif dengan pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan prospektif dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada setiap responden. Hasil dari kuesioner tersebut menyatakan bahwa 88.15% pasien sangat puas dengan pelayanan antar obat yang diberikan serta penjelasan yang diberikan oleh apoteker sebelum obat dikirimkan menjadi hal positif bagi pasien. Pengemasan obat yang baik, kemudahan prosedur pengiriman, ketepatan waktu sampai obat, kesesuaian resep yang diterima serta keramahan petugas farmasi menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien di Rumah sakit X Tangerang / Services in prodividing drug information and drug delivery services that help make it easier to obtain drugs are expected to have an impact on patient satisfaction.
