Latar Belakang : Pekerja cleaning service merupakan orang yang melakukan pelayanan perawatan kebersihan suatu tempat atau gedung. Pekerja cleaning service dalam melakukan pekerjaannya akan berhadapan dengan cairan pembersih. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya resiko terjadinya dermatitis kontak pada pekerjaan di industri kebersihan. Oleh karena hal tersebut, peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan antara masa kerja dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak iritan pada pekerja cleaning service di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara masa kerja dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak iritan pada pekerja cleaning service di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan suatu studi analitik komparatif kategorik tidak berpasangan dengan metode cross sectional (potong lintang) yang dilakukan pada 40 subjek penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil: Responden yang diolah datanya terdapat 40 orang. Responden dengan masa kerja ≤ 1 tahun terdapat 3 orang (7,5%) dan > 1 tahun 37 orang (92,5%). Sebanyak 26 orang (65%) mengalami dermatitis kontak iritan dan 14 orang (35%) tidak mengalami dermatitis kontak iritan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,539 artinya melebihi level signifikansi p-value (p = 0,05). Prevalensi kejadian dermatitis kontak iritan pada pekerja cleaning service di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village yaitu 65%. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara masa kerja dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak iritan pada petugas cleaning service di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village. Cleaning service workers in doing work will face cleaning fluid. Previous studies have shown that there is a risk of contact dermatitis in cleaning industry. Therefore, the researchers conducted a study on the relationship between the length of work and the incidence of irritant contact dermatitis among cleaning service workers at Siloam Lippo Village Hospital. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship between the length of work and the incidence of irritant contact dermatitis on cleaning service workers at Siloam Lippo Village Hospital. Research Methods: This research is an unpaired categorical comparative analytic study with cross sectional method which was conducted on 40 research subjects who met the criteria. Result: Respondents whose data were processed were 40 people. Respondents with a working period ≤ 1 year were 3 people (7.5%) and > 1 year 37 people (92.5%). There are 26 people (65%) had irritant contact dermatitis and 14 people (35%) did not have irritant contact dermatitis. Result from the research showed that the p-value was 0,539, meaning that it exceeded the p-value significance level (p = 0.05). The prevalence of irritant contact dermatitis in cleaning service workers at Siloam Hospital Lippo Village 65%. Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between length of work and the incidence of irritant contact dermatitis in cleaning service workers at Siloam Lippo Village Hospital.
