The internet has given a big impact on how people shop. It creates the trend where everything is purchased through online. A new opportunity is given to both the businesses and consumers. This report is based on the internship that is done at Honestbee Indonesia. Honestbee is an online based company that serves and fulfills the groceries necessity. With the wide range of categories and more than 30 stores available, all of the brands are local made to suite the taste and preference of the Indonesian consumers. Honestbee intends to be the one place where the consumer can shop all their needs anytime and anywhere without having to change places to shop. In this report it is analyzed the company's business to business market, marketing mix, swot analysis, IFE matrix, as well as EFE matrix. The report is then completed by given recommendation that may be useful for the future growth and development of the company.
