This study aims to analyze the motivation towards employee performance in PT Java Global Futures. A company needs a good performance and strategies through marketers to achieve business growth. In Futures Industry, Marketers are the most valuable resource of the business. Employee performance has been recognized as an important area of concern for organization to increase profit and achieve the business goal. Motivation is assessed to affect employee performance. Data collection methods were conducted by interviewing 2 Managers and 8 Marketers (4 marketers/team). Based on the results of data from interviews and analysis, it can be concluded that Motivation given by the company and managers are expectancy factors where marketers' motivation comes from expectancy, instrumentality, and valence. This study also discuss the activities during internship program as marketer including seminar and training also follow the system and procedure in PT Java Global Futures.
