Abstract
Disiplin merupakan hal yang terpenting yang harus dimiliki oleh tiap siswa,
karena disiplin adalah salah satu cara mendidik siswa untuk bisa membawa
pengaruh yang positif di dalam kelas. Siswa perlu menyadari bahwa disiplin di
dalam kelas dapat membuat pembelajaran menjadi efektif. Disiplin dibutuhkan agar
pembelajaran lebih terkendali, sehingga siswa fokus dan tertib dalam mengikuti
pembelajaran. Fakta yang ditemukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan bahwa siswa tidak
disiplin di dalam pembelajaran. Cara untuk memperbaiki keadaan kelas yang
seperti ini adalah mengelola kelas dengan menerapkan prosedur kelas. Maka
dengan itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan penerapan
prosedur dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa di dalam kelas.
Di dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian Tindakan
Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan McTaggart. Peneliti menggunakan berbagai
instrumen dalam menjalankan penelitian ini yaitu lembar observasi guru mentor,
lembar wawancara tertutup oleh guru mentor, angket siswa, dan jurnal refleksi.
Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah secara deskriptif naratif.
Hasil yang diperoleh oleh peneliti dapat ditemukan bahwa penerapan
prosedur di dalam pembelajaran di kelas dapat meningkatkan disiplin siswa dari
75% dilanjutkan menjadi 83% dan hasil akhir yang dicapai sebesar 91%. / Discipline is the most important aspect that a student must have, because it
is one of the only methods that can bring positive influence into the way they study
and make it more effective. It does this by creating controlled studies so that
students are more focused and involved in their learning – researchers have shown
that most studies are not effective because the students do not have discipline. One
of the possible solutions in fixing this condition in class is to organize it by
implementing classroom procedures. To this end, research is done to determine the
success of such implementation and their effects in increasing discipline.
In this research, the researcher used Kemmis and McTaggart Classroom
Action Research (CAR); the large variety of instruments used in conducting this
experiment include a teacher observation sheet, an interview sheet filled by the
teacher, questionnaires filled by the students, and a journal to reflect on the activity.
The collected data will then be processed and composed in descriptive narrative
form.
The result of this experiment shows an increase of discipline among the
students, increasing from 75% in the first cycle to 83% in the second, and finally
91% in the end of the experiment.
