This study aimed to analyze the influence of variables service quality atributes, Accessibility, and well-being in Club on Customer Loyalty in "Celebrity Fitness" Surabaya. The Sample used in this study si the men and women who live in the city of Surabaya, Which has become a member of " Celebrity Fitness" for 6 months or more. Age 18-16 years, a total of 100 respondents. For Processing and analyzing the data in this research is by using SPSS as a software to process the data. Statistical analysis showed that the product and service solutions (SPSS) with 22.0 software as software for data processing.
