Abstract
As with other human beings, teachers and students also make mistakes in day-to-day activities. In the classroom setting, mistakes can create barriers. The researcher found many of the students did not engage with high enthusiasm in following the learning process in XYZ school, Lippo Karawaci. Thus, Christian teacher needs to maximize the learning environment to facilitate students in restoring the defiled image of God in themselves.Thus, they can be responsible for whatever they do in the learning process. This research aims to determine the strategies to maximize the learning environment by using a qualitative descriptive method with lesson plans, mentor feedback, and reflection as the main data. This research found that
maximizing the learning environment through getting to know students, listening to the students, giving personal assistance, and using an engaging activity with Jeopardy can improve students' behavioral engagement. By implementing this, the teacher can guide and help students to reach the goal of Christian education to behave properly as God’s children. For the next researcher, it is recommended to implement this way fairly to all students and maximize the implementation of giving personal assistance, so the students can feel God’s presence on the teacher.

Seperti manusia lainnya, guru dan siswa juga melakukan kesalahan di dalam
aktivitas sehari-hari. Dalam ruang kelas, kesalahan bisa menimbulkan masalah.
Peneliti menemukan banyak siswa di sekolah XYZ, Lippo Karawaci tidak
menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran.
Sehingga, seorang guru Kristen perlu untuk membimbing dan memfasilitasi siswa untuk memperbaiki gambar Allah yang sudah tercemar dalam diri mereka, sehingga mereka bisa bertanggung jawab atas segala hal yang mereka lakukan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang bisa dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan lingkungan pembelajaran, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan RPP, umpan balik mentor, dan refleksi sebagai data utama. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan lingkungan pembelajaran dengan mengenal siswa, mendengarkan siswa, memberikan bantuan secara pribadi, dan menggunakan aktivitas pembelajaran yang menarik dengan Jeopardy dapat memperbaiki keterlibatan perilaku. Dengan menerapkan hal ini, seorang guru Kristen akan membantu siswa untuk mencapai tujuan dari pendidikan Kristen untuk mampu berperilaku baik seperti anak Tuhan. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya, disarankan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi ini dengan adil kepada semua murid, dan memaksimalkan strategi pemberian bantuan pribadi kepada siswa, agar mereka bisa merasakan kehadiran Tuhan dalam diri guru.
