Abstract

Relasi dan komunitas belajar merupakan dua hal yang saling berdampingan dan memiliki peranan penting di dalam kelas. Ketika relasi yang baik terbangun maka terciptalah komunitas belajar yang saling mendukung untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Namun jika dilihat secara langsung di dalam kelas terdapat relasi dalam komunitas belajar yang tidak berjalan dengan baik karena adanya beberapa masalah yang bisa saja timbul justru dari kelas itu sendiri. Ini terjadi karena siswa yang beragam dengan pandangan yang berbeda-beda. Untuk itu diperlukan peran guru Kristen sebagai penuntun untuk membimbing dan mengarahkan para siswa ke jalan yang benar. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk memaparkan relasi dalam komunitas belajar dalam mendukung pembelajaran bermakna berdasarkan perspektif Kristen. Metode yang dipakai oleh peneliti adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan kajian literatur. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kajian ini yaitu relasi dalam komunitas belajar dapat dibangun jika semua pihak di dalam kelas dapat saling bekerja sama. Untuk menjalin relasi yang baik dalam komunitas komponen harus diperhatikan, yaitu: saling peduli, punya komitmen, saling menguntungkan, saling melengkapi, saling menghormati dan mau berefleksi. Dengan adanya komponen ini, harapannya kelas dapat menciptakan komunitas belajar yang harmonis dan saling membangun. Melalui kajian literatur ini diharapkan dapat berguna bagi semua pihak, baik guru dan siswa untuk mencapai tujuan bersama./Relationships and learning communities are two things that coexist and have an important role in the classroom. When good relationships are built, a learning community is created that supports each other to achieve common goals. However, if seen directly in the classroom, there are relationships in the learning community that are not going well because of several problems that can arise from the class itself. This happens because of diverse students with different views. For this reason, the role of the Christian teacher as a guide is needed to guide and direct students to the right path. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationships in the learning community in supporting meaningful learning based on a Christian perspective. The method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative research method that uses literature review. The results obtained from this study are that relationships in the learning community can be built if all parties in the classroom can work together. To establish good relationships in the community, components must be considered, namely: mutual care, commitment, mutual benefit, complementarity, mutual respect and willingness to reflect. With these components, it is hoped that the class can create a harmonious and mutually constructive learning community. This literature review is expected to be useful for all parties, both teachers and students to achieve common goals.
